Mental & Emotional Reprogramming

Many of us have come across the concept that if we hear something often enough, we come to believe it. This is true of our own thoughts - by focusing on negative beliefs, or continuing to harbour negative feelings from our past, we bring them into our present.  Reiki Drum Mental & Emotional Reprogramming is a way of treating negative habits or tendencies, for focusing the mind on something important, or for achieving a goal.  Our thought patterns construct not only our view of the world, but also our experience of it.

At the beginning of each session, the change you want to make is discussed, and a positive affirmation is written to assist change. This affirmation is used during the treatment, for a powerful healing experience on many different levels.  As I gently drum over your body, you focus your mind on your affirmation.  The repetitive beat of the drum helps you focus your mind, preventing it from straying, and helping reinforce the positive message.  The drumming is followed by hands-on Reiki.
