Information for Clients

Cancellation Policy
I realise that problems sometimes arise, however I would appreciate it if 24 hours' notice could be given if you are unable to attend your appointment. If notice is not given, a fee of 50% of the treatment booked will be charged.

Children
I would ask you do not bring children when treatments are being carried out, as I am not able to guarantee their safety.

Client Confidentiality
All personal information given is held in the strictest of confidence.

Pregnancy
Some treatments are unsuitable if you are or could be pregnant, so please let me know in advance.

Mobile Phones
I ask that you turn your mobile phones off when at Omala Holistic Therapies so you can relax fully.
