Reiki Drum Journey

The Reiki Drum Journey is a form of meditation assisted by sound, and comparable to a shamanic or trance journey.  The repetitive drum beat helps you reach a state of consciousness where you can access the information needed bring change in any area of your life.  It can be used for healing personal issues, career concerns, relationship problems, accessing your inner wisdom, or tuning into spiritual guidance.

Whilst journeying, your body is flooded with Reiki energy, supporting you, helping you release blockages, and helping you integrate the insights you receive.  It can be exceptionally empowering and healing on all levels.  There are many different experiences reported during a drum journey.  Some drift into a relaxed state, others see beautiful colours, or feel energy pulsating through their body, and many have profound visual and auditory experiences allowing them deep personal insight.  Some fall asleep, feeling refreshed on awakening and receiving spontaneous intuitive messages over the next few days.
